The Install Technician is responsible for completing the installation process of our green coating technology, including base coat, flake, and topcoat applications. You have experience working in a role that prioritizes attention to detail, working independently, and applying some type of coating to an existing concrete surface. You can quickly learn a new product offering and installation methods. You are comfortable working on-site for clients and demonstrating LGC’s White Glove service and our Jobsite Code of Conduct. You are an accountable self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Effective and efficient installation of our LGC Coating Technology
• Attention to detail while working on a customers’ site
• Effective preparation of the floor surface prior to applying our basecoat
• Communication with management if an issue arises that impedes the installationprocess
• Exemplifying Lifetime Green Coating’s White Glove Service
• Adhere to our Jobsite Code of Conduct
• Use of our operating system to enter notes and upload before/after pictures to closeout each work order Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed in a metric-driven environment
• Previous floor coating experience using epoxy or paint
• Ability to stand
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the jobwith or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
