Administrative Assistant for Property Management Company

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office –MS Word - MS Excel – MS Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment:  phone system, transcriber, copier
  • Strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task.
  • Assist in daily property management needs – interact with tenants/customers - answering phones –opening and distributing mail – monitor office email – order office supplies.
  • Maintain and organize facilities.
  • Maintain filing system.
  • Coordinate calendar and assist with special events and other management company responsibilities.
  • Pay commensurate with abilities – 30 hours a week.
