Our client, a large NYC based non-profit is looking for an HR Manager to join their great organization. This is a temporary to hire opportunity and will sit on site in mid-town Manhattan, 4 days per week. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT REPORT TO MIDTOWN 4 DAYS PER WEEK.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting HR supervisors in all of the organizations HR matters, handling payroll and compensation matters for the organization, overseeing benefit issues for all non union employees, and HR compliance.
Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of experience in HR supervisory role, a strong HRIS background, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
