Position Description:

• Sr Demand Planner reporting to the Sr Director of Planning and Replenishment.
• Use advanced planning tool to optimize forecast and drive item/store accuracy.
• Work cross functionally to gain alignment on forecast with all stakeholders.
• Prioritize work to drive the largest improvements.
• Develop tracking and reporting around KPIs.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Advise replenishment on forecast and work closely on inventory strategy.

Background Required:

• At least 3 to 5 years of Demand Planning and S&OP experience.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Advanced planning tool experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of success in similar role.
