Commercial Service Technician

MECKLEY SERVICES, INC., A COMMERCIAL SERVICE MAINTENANCE COMPANY, IS SEEKING A COMMERCIAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM. We complete high quality repairs/remodels to our multiple commercial clients via service tickets in the Salisbury, MD and parts of Delaware area. We are seeking highly motivated individuals that have experience in Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical. 

Responsibilities:

• The technicians will respond to customer service requests (service calls)
• Service calls to include carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated with customers
• Update information regarding work orders on job cost program on iPad
• Maintain current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance
• Present a professional appearance and attitude

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Qualified candidates should have carpentry, electrical and plumbing experience
• Technicians should be able to use tablets and phones to receive and complete job tickets.
• The perfect candidate must be willing to work overtime, nights and weekends.
• Schedule flexibility is of tremendous importance.
• Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background screening, drug test, and driver's license check.
