ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for the recruitment of contingent nursing professionals for per diem, local long term, and travel opportunities.

JOB DUTIES

• Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening qualified candidates, securing proper documentation and coordinating interviews with healthcare facilities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration
• Send and reply to emails in a timely manner
• Be the dedicated point of contact and build relationships with healthcare professionals looking for new assignments
• Resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience recruiting contingent nursing professionals
• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Expertise in effectively managing multi-dimensional and complex issues in a demanding and fast paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Independent Worker
