JOB SUMMARY:

Joining this career opportunity grants you the chance to become an integral member of a diligent team that has been delivering unwavering dedication, exceptional service quality, and unmatched customer service experience.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Managing and supporting customer care representative teams that are positioned in multiple locations.
  • Handling escalation calls from customers and internal teams and taking necessary steps to resolve problems. Refer complaints of service failures to designated branches for further investigations.
  • Producing weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and continually communicating and providing feedback on performance to customer care members.
  • Developing and mentoring staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is Required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a Call Center Management Position is required
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) is required.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
