Job Description

For our Columbus, OH team, we're seeking dedicated Patient Monitoring Associates committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through our leading-edge telehealth solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and assistance with daily living activities to ensure a high level of care and attention.
  • Conducting overnight monitoring focused on assessing sleep quality and detecting potential seizures, using specialized telehealth technology.
  • Multitasking effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously, ensuring clients' safety and comfort throughout the night.
  • Swiftly responding to alerts and resolving any technical issues that arise, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring.
  • Keeping detailed records of client interactions and observations for accurate documentation and follow-up care.
  • Educating clients and their families on the use of assistive technology to improve their independence and quality of life.
  • Coordinating client care and responding calmly and efficiently in emergency situations or when seizures are detected.
  • Working diligently and attentively during overnight shifts to monitor and report any significant changes in clients' conditions.
