We are seeking a motivated and licensed individual to be an Insurance Agent at our growing agency. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling various insurance products to clients. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend suitable coverage options
Customize insurance plans to meet individual client requirements
Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients

Assist clients with claims processing and resolution
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations

Requirements:

Active state insurance license
Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Proficient in using computer applications and insurance-related software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
