Senior Lawyer

Enso Law is an enterprising law firm that represents a variety of clients, including local municipal governments, small and medium sized businesses as well as publicly traded companies. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters, including prosecuting local ordinances, enforcing intellectual property rights and resolving business disputes. You must have trial experience, be able to manage a caseload, and use your general counsel experience and interpersonal skills to mentor our lower-level associates to ensure growth. $140,000 - $160,000 yearly

• Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
• Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques
• Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings
• Get appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses
• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions

• Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)
• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
• At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney
• Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
• Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations
