Job Description
Southeast Texas HR is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our team at a financial institution. As a leader in recruiting and HR services, our company has a reputation for excellence in selecting top talent. This role will be critical in maintaining an organized and efficient filing system for all management, clients, and sales representatives. These could be a temp-to-perm position for the ideal candidates. This is a Monday - Friday position and pay will be $12-$13 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar position.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like computers, printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements including drug testing and background check.



Requirements
To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements:

  • 2 or more years of administrative/receptionist experience.
  • High School degree; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to work with a team and as an individual to meet daily goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet all pre-employment screenings including background checks.
