General Construction Labor/Trim Carpenter

ABOUT THE POSITION

A general construction laborer/trim carpenter that has 3+ years of construction experience and can work on multiple projects at any given time. The job will require the ability to preform a variety of tasks which will include but not limited to the following: Load and unload tools and materials, digging ditches, busting concrete, general site clean-up, misc. framing duties, drywall and painting touch-ups. The preferred candidate will have trim carpentry experience and knowledge. Individual must have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. Individuals must be able to lift, climb ladders, good hand-eye coordination, and have a strong sense of urgency.

• Power Tools (Miter Saw, Table Saw, Jig Saw, Circular Saws)
• Hand Tools (Must Provide Your Own Hand Tools)
• Finish Carpentry

• Site Built Cabinets
• Cabinet Install

• Install Bathroom Accessories
• Insulation
• Installation of Interior Trim & Doors (Including Pocket and Barn Door Installs)
• Woodworking
• Read and Follow Blueprints
• Cleaning & Protections
• Attention to Detail
• Proficiency

THE LOCATION

Crawford Builders is located in Lexington, KY and all projects we do will be within an hours drive in any direction. Individual will be required to be on the job from 7am-4pm regardless of location.
