1. Washes dishes and utensils and stores them.
2. Prepares menu items for the day’s lunch and prepares occasional meals for the staff.
3. Lays out hot lunch items to be cooked.
4. Sets up counter for serving.
5. Serves items to students using required health procedures.
6. Removes items from serving counter.
7. Keeps kitchen, steam tables, and serving areas clean.
8. Puts supplies in storage for next day.
9. Is friendly and helpful to students.
10. Works as part of a team for the efficient operation of the lunch program.
11. Loads and unloads food cart daily.
12. Maintains a clean and sterile environment for health department inspections.
