Job Description

Very busy plaintiff's personal injury firm seeking a FT or PT Associate/Trial Attorney to join our team. Court appearances [mostly virtual for now], depositions, mediations/arbitrations, motion practice, analyzing files, client contact, and trials. Position is located in Westchester County, but cases are mostly in the four boroughs. Some remote work possible. Future partnership opportunity.

Previous attorney experience in personal injury field a MUST [plaintiff's preferred, defense considered];
Trial experience;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Ability to build rapport with clients;
Excellent research and writing skills a MUST;
Strong verbal communication skills.
