Job Summary:
Keystone Management is searching for an experienced licensed Electrician to work at the airport hangar at Boston Logan International Airport. The job task will include but not limited to performing maintenance and repairs to general to complex electrician and mechanical components. Responsible for troubleshooting, installations, repairs, completing work orders, and maintaining and diagnosing all electrical mechanisms within the hangar. This individual will perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs while ensuring standards with applicable laws, codes and regulations are met. In addition, the individual will perform other necessary repairs, maintenance, restoration, and placement of various components of the physical structure of buildings and shop equipment as needed.
Location: Boston Logan International Airport
Shift: 6am - 230pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary: $37.50 - $47.31 per hour

Essential Functions:
- Excellent diagnosis of electrical issues by reading diagrams and blueprints
- Strong problem solving and critical-thinking skills
- Perform minor to complex service work on electrical systems
- Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance
- Testing and inspecting electrical work like wiring and lighting to ensure safe installation and compliance with regulatory codes
- Identifying and mitigating safety hazards, code violations and other electrical issues
- Operate and maintain building electrical and mechanical systems equipment, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air-handling units, and associated components
- Maintain and operate automated control systems for the building environmental, lighting, and emergency power systems
- Operate and perform general maintenance on facilities' Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system including the Building Management System (BMS) by performing such responsibilities as inspecting, preventive maintenance, repairing, and programming
- Use computer-based CMMS system to create and closeout work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used
- Carry a company radio/cell phone for coverage and site-wide communication
- Available to work flexible hours
- Available for an assigned emergency on-call schedule
- Assists outside service personnel, inspectors and vendors
- Keeps workspace neat, clean and free of clutter
- Understand and comply with OSHA, Safety and PPE requirements
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION
· Licensed Electrician
· Experience performing preventative maintenance (PM’s) on equipment
· Strong customer service skills

· Detail oriented
· HS Diploma or Equivalent
· Valid certification (e.g. ASE) is preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS, TRAVEL, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to address the needs of the customer. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
· Pass a Keystone Management background check
· Pass a Federal Aviation Administration background check
· Pass the Boston Logan International Airport SIDA badge and drivers test within two (2) tries
· Pass a driving history check
· Possess a current driving license
