Lead Carpenter/Project Manager
- $50,000 to $70,000 Yearly (plus commission)

Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry - excelling in at least one of these three trades and basic knowledge in the others.
- Own all applicable tools
- Have a valid driver's license

Compensation:
- Base pay: $50-70K/year plus monthly bonus opportunities and opportunities to grow.
- Pay based on experience, skill, efficiency, and productivity.
Job Responsibilities & Expectations:
Most jobs are mid to large-sized home repairs, remodels, and additions. We currently offer three trades: plumbing, electrical, and carpentry in the context of remodeling and construction.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and training their apprentice, communicating job details with the team and clients, and ensuring they work effectively as a production team.
- Collaborating to exchange ideas and best practices with other production teams.
- Managing 1-2 projects at a time, allowing this person to offer our clients focused and efficient work, direct communication, on-site project management, a personal approach, and better craftsmanship.
Medium Projects
- Completing the initial on-site visit, diagnosing the problem, coming up with a solution, estimating the project, presenting the estimate to the client, and making follow-up calls/visits.
- Acquiring all needed materials, tools, and equipment, completing the project, ensuring the client is completely satisfied, closing out the job, and performing any warranty work that may arise.
- Examples: installing screens on porches, custom carpentry projects (mantles, shelving, etc.), updating kitchens/bathrooms, repairs to decks/porches, etc.
Large Projects
- Design Phase: working with the design team to create accurate drawings, helping the client select materials, estimating each element of the project, working with sub-contractors, creating a project timeline, and proposing a fixed construction proposal with no surprise costs.
- Construction Phase: ordering materials, obtaining tools and equipment, working with apprentice and sub-contractors, ensuring quality work within the timeline, tracking project expenses, communicating progress with the client, clearly and graciously presenting change orders to the client when problems arise, obtaining permits, scheduling inspections, maintaining a clean and orderly job site, completing the project, ensuring the client is completely satisfied, closing out the job, and performing any warranty work that may arise.
- Examples: bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, addition, whole home remodel, building deck/porch, etc.
