Experienced Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an Experienced Commercial Property Manager to become a part of our team! We are a privately owned real estate investment company that owns properties in the Tampa Bay MSA. An ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience managing commercial properties, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate vendors
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Manage all property accounting in Yardi software using GAAP
• Create and distribute property management reports for ownership
• Read and summarize property leases
• Market vacant spaces For Lease

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 - 3 Years previous experience in commercial property management and/or leasing
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail required
• Experience using Yardi property management software

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid work environment - primarily work from home, however job responsibilities will require manager to be on-site, as needed.
• Flexible hours - Property manager will be required to work during regular business hours, however the property manager will be able to set their own hours based on their availability and responsibilities outside of work.
• Weekly responsibilities are estimated to total 30-40 hours per week depending on work load.
