Administrative Assistant 1

Sustainable Talent is teaming up with a global leader in clinical diagnostics, environmental, food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics testing services, to grow their team.

My client offers opportunities for growth, bonus eligibility, and raise upon converting to permanent. This position is based in Lancaster, PA and is a long-term Temp- Perm position, with M-F 1st shift schedule.

The pay is $14.50-$15.50/hr. with full medical benefits, 401k, and the opportunity for permanent employment.

Job Description

• Scan and link data in LIMS for different pharmaceutical groups
• Assemble pharmaceutical data packages in accordance with departmental procedures and client requirements.
• Use departmental databases to track data packages.
• Pick up, deliver, photocopy/scan, file raw data, and reports.
• Monitor and order supplies.

Qualifications

• Strong scientific, computer, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
• At least two years administrative experience with good computer skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
