The nitty-gritty (responsibilities):

  • Be the customer's champion - answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and become their trusted advisor.
  • Become a product pro -You'll be a product expert in no time, and the learning never stops- that's what keeps it exciting!
  • Leverage your communication skills - you'll be a master on the phone and written communication.
  • Embrace technology - our ERP system, Sales Force, Microsoft Teams and Outlook will be your best friends.
  • Be a problem-solver - identify customer needs and create solutions that keep them happy.

Bonus points if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (any field is great!)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience crushing it in customer service
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
