Customer Service Representative (100% remote)

Hello,

My name is Alex and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative position for a prominent Tech client of ours. This role is 100% remote support PST hours

Schedule: 40 hours per week; This position requires a flexible schedule to work any days of the week needed based on team scheduling and any time between the hours of 12pm and 12am PST

Position Type: temp to perm opportunity - 3+ month assignment to start

Pay: $20.00 per hour W2

o   We primarily manage our ticket queue via email and text message, and provide phone or video support upon request or as needed.

o   You will be the first line of defense (Tier 1) for all merchant, customer, partner, and internal post-sales escalations, ensuring that Tier 1 & Tier 2

o   Support work together seamlessly to provide an exceptional service experience when something goes wrong.

o   Tier 1 is primarily responsible for supporting the merchants that use our ordering platform and will help identify and troubleshoot a wide range of issues such as menu settings, customer UI configurations, ticket printing & routing, and reporting reconciliation.

o   Ideally looking for a blend of restaurant/hospitality + customer service experience

Qualifications

o   1 year of relevant experience; restaurant experience preferred

o   High school diploma/equivalent required

o   BIG PLUS!: any experience working with a POS system (Toast, Revel, Aloha, Micros, etc.)
