This Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will seek to learn and grow with our firm

Responsibilities Include:
Greeting visitors
Answering all phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Directing phone calls to the appropriate parties within our office
Monitoring and responding to emails efficiently
Setting and confirming appointments
Supports the management of tax files in progress
Provide general administrative and clerical help
Printing, Scanning, Filing documents
Mail handling
Data entry & Light bookkeeping experience preferred
Package and set up Multiple Mail services and Pick-Ups
Multi-tasking a phone call and navigating the calendar to schedule appointments
Qualifications:
Excellent phone and communication skills
Pleasant attitude
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Reliable with strong work ethic and self-motivation
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Computer Knowledge including Google, Microsoft Word, Excel
Quickbooks experience/Accounting background is a plus
Spanish speaking is a plus
Ideal candidate is Dependable, People Oriented, Adaptable & Flexible
Minimum of 3 years Administrative Assistant / Receptionist experience
Hours & Compensation
Monday - Friday 1 pm - 6pm
Overtime as needed
Saturdays required during tax season
Hourly position
Hourly Rate $14-$15/hr DOE
