Job Title - : Oracle EBS Techno Functional Payroll and Time & Labor SME

location: Shippy Halo, NY Remote Position - The selected candidate might have to travel based on specific project timelines during testing and specific workshops etc which will be reimbursed

This is for a remote position for a HC/LS client based out of, The selected candidate might have to travel based on specific project timelines during testing and specific workshops etc which will be reimburse

1. Mandatory:

1. 1. MUST HAVE: Sound experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
   2. Should have performed hands on activities in configuring balances, elements, fast formulas, Time entry rules, Time Validation rules, garnishments, earnings and deductions.
   3. Should have sound experience in Payroll processing, post processing activities, configuring of payslips.
   4. Should have worked on yearly Roll Up patches impact assessment for HRMS and year end patches for HRMS/Payroll.
   5. Should have knowledge about HR Security roles and responsibilities configuration. HR Security Profiles.
   6. Should have sound understanding of RICEFW in EBS.
   7. Should be able to work with Client in a fast moving support environment and should be able to work with offshore team.

1. Nice to have / not needed:

1. 1. Should know release activities and should have worked with ticket management tools like Service Now etc
   2. Should have worked on JIRA.
