Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications.
• Restore, Removal, Repair, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems  (including architectural sheetmetal) under the direction of a foreman.
• Knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified, BUR, Sheet metal and other types of Commercial Roofing.
• Ability to receive instruction and produce work accordingly.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.

Requirements

• Two (2) plus years of commercial metal roofing experience.
• Commercial Roofing experience.
• Willing to complete all pre-employment screening processes.
• Willing to work in at varying heights and weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license (Required).
• Ability to travel (Required).
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Ability to life 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States
