You will be responsible for designing our sales strategy and revenue targets, training and evaluating our sales personnel, and ensuring that we generate new and recurring business through various areas of revenue. Compensation:
Responsibilities
• Deliver previous and upcoming week's sales activity reports, as well as monthly sales expense reports, and meet with department managers to keep them up to date on all sales-related expenses
• Establish strategies to assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly room booking goals that are aligned with overall business and revenue management objectives
• Analyze market data and use it to develop methods for meeting financial targets, designing marketing plan deliverables, and developing an annual sales forecast
• Boost revenue and increase new guest visits through strategic outbound sales efforts that may include phone solicitation to local professionals, corporations, and members of your personal network
Qualifications
• Must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Displays a proven track record of sales success by lead-generation and closing
• Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
• Prior experience of 5+ years as a sales professional in a related field is required

Compensation:
- $150,000 At Plan Earnings
- Salary: $80,000
- Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $70,000 annual
- Full Benefits, Private Returns, Investment Opportunities and PTO
