**Job Description:**
As a Sales and Marketing Representative at GrayLink, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and promoting our client's products/services through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation.
- Conduct sales , spreading brand awareness, and negotiations to close deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales and marketing strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certification in sales or marketing.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
