What’s the major objective(s) of the role? Specifically, what does this person need to do to be considered a success? What will they be working on?

Assignment will be in the Absence management domain. The system is offered by Majesco and fulfillment of new state legislation occurs quarterly. In addition there are constant configuration changes happening with Fullscope. Team operates in two week sprints and there is pressure to deliver quickly with high quality.

What are the MUST HAVE technologies for this position? (Please list must have technologies / technical skills and what the candidate needs to do in order to be considered great at them)

• Experience with API testing using a tool like Postman
• Experience with Salesforce based application testing
• Experience with SQL query writing for data testing.5.

What are the MUST HAVE Critical Skills for this position (For critical skills, please also describe what the person needs to do with them in order to be considered very good at it.)

• Understanding of QA excellence practices surrounding test cases for web applications and user creation.
• Ability to investigate and assimilate information from disparate sources to accelerate learning.
• Ability to assess risk and focus testing efforts on highest areas of value.
• Tenacious ability to focus and finish work and overcome adversity.

• Experience with Absence Management domain.
• Experience with ClaimVantage – Majesco Claims platform
• Experience with Mobile testing
