Senior Network Engineer

Primary Skills: NetworkEngineer, Juniper Firewall implementer, SNOW Tickets.

Description:

We are looking for a JuniperFirewall implementer who will work on SNOW Tickets and clear up the backlog ofwork we have over the next 3 months. We would like the person to be onsite in 1Howard St, Burlington, VT. With the team so we can monitor and control the workflow.

Requirements:

· Juniper Firewall Experience - 5Plus years of hands on policy creation and support

· Palo Alto Knowledge a Plus.

· Has BGP and routing background forall cisco gear.

Knowledge & Skills:

· Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.

· Excellent troubleshooting skills.

· Solid understanding of networkdesign and architecture.

· Experience and knowledge ofproduction data center environments. A focus on maintaining maximum networkuptime.

· Knowledge of Cisco and F5 Networksproduct lines.

· Knowledge of routing and switchingtechnologies and protocols. (BGP, OSPF)

· Knowledge of global and server loadbalancing. Specifically the F5 Networks product line of BigIP, 3DNS andeCommerce Controllers.

· Knowledge of high speed data technologies.(MPLS, P-P Services, Carrier Diversity)

· Solid understanding and Knowledgeof firewalls and associated management platforms. (Palo Alto, Juniper, ASA'salong with Panorama)

· Knowledge of network devicemonitoring and capacity planning as pertains to production and corporateenvironments. (Solarwinds, Netbrain)

· Knowledge of VPN technologies suchas LAN2LAN VPN as well as client VPN technologies specifically Cisco's VPNConcentrator.

· Knowledge of Amazon Web Services aPLUS

· Automation scripting is a PLUS.
