Job Description

We are seeking a Probate Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage Probate Administration cases from start to finish
Meet filing deadlines
Client Communications
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Interact with Courts and legal counsel
Maintaining Client calendar entries
Track billable time via billing software
Maintain electronic and hard copy client case files
Record and store client information

Qualifications:

Three years of probate administration experience
Three years experience with Ohio probate procedures
Exceptional organizational skills
Thorough understanding of Probate filing requirements from start to finish
Ability to prioritize and multitask competing deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Company Description

We are a law firm focused on elder law, estate planning, probate administration and adoptions. We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus after successful completion of the first 90 days of employment.

Willing to train exceptional candidate.
