HVAC Installation Lead

We are seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to join our 5-Star Award Winning Team!

The lead HVAC installer plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful and efficient installation of HVAC systems, while also ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of quality customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare job sites prior to job start
• Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to specifications
• Check systems to ensure proper running cycle and temperatures, level of refrigerant and for leaks
• Responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes
• Ability to interact with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent and insurable driving record
• 3-5 years of HVAC experience
• Ability to handle physical workload- can lift 50 +lbs
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000 – $72,000 per year
