Family Law Paralegal

We are representing a distinguished matrimonial firm based in Stamford, Connecticut, specializing in family law. We're currently seeking a paralegal with family law experience to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, organizing document production, and client communication.
• Draft, edit, and proofread legal and financial filings.
• Manage digital and paper file organization, including document gathering and maintenance.
• Coordinate attorney schedules for internal appointments and court appearances.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of law firm experience, ideally in family law.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and analyzing financial information.
• Familiarity with Superior Court procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PDF scanning, and Electronic Court Filing Systems.
