Sales Advocate

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, knowledgeable about Cricket Wireless products and services, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries, purchases, and account inquiries.
2. Educate customers about Cricket Wireless products, services, promotions, and offers to meet their needs and enhance their mobile experience.
3. Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
4. Meet or exceed sales targets, including monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position Cricket Wireless products and services.
7. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, particularly in the wireless or telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
