Summary
Full-time salaried remote position of IT Support Specialist -
This position will begin with a 3-month training process with periodically increasing responsibilities post training. Topics will include: warehousing processes, client organizations, internal escalation paths, construction and execution of database queries, operation of deep storage retrieval systems. Upon display of required abilities, candidates will begin receiving and resolving tickets supporting clients while ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
Candidates will require self-discipline, must be an avid learner, and will need to follow through responsibly to resolve issues both internally and externally. Position will offer advancement potential based upon successful completion of responsibilities and performance.
Responsibilities
● Act as initial / ongoing point of contact
● Ability to generate and maintain support logs
● Gather pertinent data from initial / subsequent calls
● Initial diagnosis of issue based off:
○ Customer Feedback
○ Error Messages
○ Internal Logs
○ Database Results Determining internal point of escalation
● Maintain even-temper and calm under pressure
Qualifications / Skills
Required Qualifications:
● Professional phone etiquette and friendly disposition
● Excellent communication skills
● Detailed documentation of processes and resolution
● Time management independently directing simultaneous issues
● Attention to details and methodical execution of tasks
Preferred Skills / Experience:
● Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
● IT Skills (Command Prompts, FTP, Services, Task Scheduling)
● Ticketing System Experience (Zendesk preferred)
● Warehousing Knowledge (WCS, WMS, Equipment, SOPs)
● SQL Basics (MsSQL and MySQL with a focus on querying)
● Familiarity with MS Office and Teams

Starting Salary: Based on experience

Payment:
