Job Description
Senior Accountant wanted in Boca Raton, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity that's on-site. Salary is $75-80k+ DOE.
Must have experience with commercial real estate accounting and have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Financial statement preparation
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Cash flow management
- Review commercial leases
- Manage the preparation of CAM recovery billings
- Manage month end close processes
- Maintain loan schedules
- Design and monitor internal controls
- Financial reporting
- AR and AP management
- Oversee billing
- Manage collection process
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years' experience in similar role
- Accounting experience in commercial real estate industry
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Familiarity with commercial leasing software (Yardi) a plus
