Position: Outside Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and proposals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in business development and sales. Staffing experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
