Position: Outside Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development and sales. Staffing experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
