Craft Beer Taproom Manager

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Craft Beer Taproom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our taproom, with a focus on inventory management, social media engagement, and event coordination. As the Taproom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our taproom by maintaining inventory levels, engaging with customers on social media platforms, and organizing events to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

   • Monitor inventory levels of craft beer, spirits, and other beverage supplies to ensure adequate stock for daily operations.

   • Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to place orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory replenishment.

   • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels, while maximizing profitability.

2. Social Media Engagement:

   • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

   • Create and curate engaging content to promote our taproom, highlight beer offerings, and engage with our audience.

   • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

3. Event Coordination:

   • Plan and coordinate a variety of events and promotions to attract customers to the taproom, including live music performances, trivia nights, and special beer releases.

   • Collaborate with local musicians, artists, and community organizations to host events that appeal to our target audience.

   • Handle event logistics, including booking talent, promoting events, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth execution.

4. Staff Management and Training:

   • Recruit, train, and supervise taproom staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.

   • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among taproom staff.

5. Customer Engagement:

   • Interact with customers in the taproom to promote our beer offerings, answer questions, and provide recommendations.

   • Solicit feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or taproom setting.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, coordinate events, and oversee staff.

• Proficiency in social media platforms and experience managing business accounts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate business hours.
