WRHN - Credentialing Manager

Precision Credentialing is seeking a full-time Manager to join our team in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Precision is a division of Mountain Land Physical Therapy, who provides leading physical therapy services to patients in Utah, Montana, and Idaho. You will be managing a team who will be working to credential not only Mountain Land therapists, but also external medical providers who utilize our credentialing services.

Your day-to-day will include developing and upholding credentialing policies, handling marketing efforts/initial client outreach, generating reports for clients/the Executive Director, managing monthly billing tasks, and fostering ongoing communication and professional relationships with clients.

Pay Range: DOE

Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range.

Location: Cottonwood Heights, Utah, with the option to have a hybrid work schedule.

• CPCS or CPMSM certification
• 2+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of primary source verification experience
• Experience in customer service and/or client management
• Proficiency in database management, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe PDF
