Leasing Agent

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will play a crucial role in assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process, ensuring smooth transactions and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities of the Leasing Agent:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Provide detailed information about properties, rental rates, and lease terms to interested parties.
• Screen potential tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying income.
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and handling key exchanges.
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet all regulatory requirements.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
