Location: Fort Myers, FL

Looking for a seasoned and loyal commercial construction project manager interested in joining a reputable General Contractor, Construction Management, and design-build Commercial Construction Firm. We are a reputable mid-sized construction company, serving the Southwest Florida region for nearly a century.

In this role you will be reporting to the Director of Building Operations and you will be responsible for overseeing education, municipal, government, and commercial projects. In charge of managing Safety, Quality, Timeliness, and Project Spending.

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Tenured construction experience as a Project Manager overseeing projects from $5-$30M both ground-up and Interior Renovations.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills with excellent leadership skills and ability to manage schedules, submittals, billings, etc.

Compensation:

• Salary: $115,000 - $135,000
• Car Allowance $250 per week
• Annual Bonus based on performance and project delivery often between $8,000 - $20,000
• 95% paid Health Insurance (Medical, Dental and Vision)
• 401K Plan

• PTO
