Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Time Entry Lead Consultant to join our team for an ongoing implementation project scheduled to go-live on January 1, 2025. As the lead consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Time Entry solution for our client across 80+ countries. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the optimization of business processes using SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities:

• Assume the lead role within the ongoing implementation project, overseeing all aspects of the Time Entry solution.
• Distribute the workload of defect repairs and change requests to the extended team of configurators, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Solution change requests based on the current design and SF Best Practice recommendations, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Optimize business rules based on Max Attention recommendations, driving continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the entire Time Entry solution, liaising with stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Provide comprehensive support for data migration, cutover activities, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deliver Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions to the customer run and maintain team, ensuring smooth handover and transition post-implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement and innovation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors updates, features, and functionalities, and leverage them to drive business value.
• Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring the successful delivery of project milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Time Entry module.
• Proven track record of leading successful SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Time Entry configuration, including business rules and workflows.
• Experience with data migration, cutover activities, and testing phases (SIT/UAT).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel onsite (up to 10%) as needed.
• US Citizenship required.

This is a full-time position with the flexibility of 90% remote work and 10% onsite presence.
