Hospital Services Rep Saturday-Tuesday 5:00am to 3:30pm

$500 Sign-On Bonus (after 90-days)

Pay: $14-$16 per hour, based on education and experience.

Hours: Saturday-Tuesday 5:00am to 3:30pm

Job specific training is provided: Training will be at our Beaumont location in Lexington, Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm

Description: Seeking a Hospital Services Representative who is customer service oriented, and a team player to efficiently serve customers with professionalism. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phone and receiving orders from hospitals and transfusion services
• Ensuring order timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Packing blood products for shipment and delivery and processing returns.
• Inspecting units for proper labeling, tags and quality

Work Environment: This position regularly involves the following:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
• Interacting with hospitals and transfusion services.
• Reading, understanding, and applying Standard Operating Procedures.
• Entering and accessing electronic information.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years with high school diploma/equivalent.
• MS Office and Adobe proficiency with the ability to navigate web applications and internal custom systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
