Jr. Benefits Analyst #16423856

Our client, a leader in health care services and transport, is seeking a Junior Benefits Analyst to join their team 100% onsite in Hayward, CA.  Ideal candidates will have experience reviewing and auditing current and past Human Resources related data such as PTO balances, Paid Sick Leave balances, various employment related job dates, and other information as required.  This role is a 2 month contract and the pay is between $35.00 - $45.00 per hour. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and Data assessment and analysis
• Skilled and knowledgeable about CA PTO, Sick Leave and other relatable information
• Significant Excel skills with the ability to work within very large Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to filter and sort information.
• Experience will Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's or other advanced Excel skills is a bonus
• Significant attention to detail related to numbers, dates and other information
• 3-5 years of ADP Vantage experience with the ability to locate, pull and filter ADP results
• 1+ years of ESO Experience ideal
• Skilled in MS Office Suite (word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• Ability to work onsite in Hayward, CA on a daily basis
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to commit to an 8-week assignment, with possible extension (not guaranteed)
• Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is a bonus
