Job Description:

Drums VS Flats, a dynamic and rapidly expanding food trailer known for its delicious fried chicken, is seeking a new team member to join our enthusiastic crew! We offer a competitive pay rate of $16.50 per hour, and gratuities are split among the team members after 30 days of employment.

As part of our food trailer team, you will have the opportunity to work in three crucial stations: Fry Station, Prep/Plate Station, and Order Window. While previous experience in the food industry is desirable, we value enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn above all else. Exceptional customer service and people skills are a MUST!

Key Responsibilities:

- Master the roles in all three stations, ensuring consistent quality in our food and service.

- Prepare and cook chicken following our established recipes and procedures.

- Plate dishes with attention to detail, ensuring an appealing presentation.

- Take customer orders efficiently and accurately, processing payments promptly.

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
