Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to fill a position that was created from a promotion for our distribution client in Mobile. Our client is in the technology industry, and values integrity, quality, and teamwork amongst their employees, which allows them to provide top notch service and products to their customers. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for accurately managing all inventory, and serving as the primary contact for floor projects. This is a full time, temp-to-hire position offering a starting salary of up to $18-$19 per hour.

Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate inventory spreadsheets
Collaborate with management to prepare and schedule upcoming projects, in order to meet deadlines.
Receive and verify shipments with handheld scanner
Submit routine inventory, project update, and accounting related reports to corporate

Warehouse Lead Requirements:

3-5 years recent shipping/receiving and/or inventory experience
Forklift certified
Effective organization, problem solving, and time management skills are critical
Above average Microsoft Excel skills- pivot tables, cycle counts, and v-lookups.
Strong communication skills in order to interact with all levels of management, co-workers, and customers
