Machinist

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to fabricate precision parts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Performs setup and 1st part w/adjustments on NC Machine
• Independently runs machines meeting product requirements
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints
• Multi axis machine competency
• G&M code literacy
• Adheres to job product requirements
• Uses checking gauges effectively
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Machinist or similar role
• Proficient in CAM programing and CNC operations
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a machinist apprenticeship program or relevant certification is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Must have own tools

Hours: M-F 6:00am – 2:30pm Overtime may be required.
