Job Type: 37.5 hours/week, Hybrid (2-3 days in office), Contract
Pay Rate: $20/hour
An Addison Group client is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processes and protocols concerning the Adult and Youth community programs, incentive/supportive service invoice assessment and payment.
- Examine invoices to verify accuracy, completeness, and inclusion of requisite supporting documents.
- Stay informed about policies and operational aspects relevant to Adult and Youth supportive services and incentive allocation.
- Engage with vendors to address discrepancies and request additional documentation when necessary.
- Offer feedback to vendors that may necessitate technical support.
- Collaborate closely with Program Representatives to ensure vendors adhere to incentive procedures.
- Prepare the final invoice and a summary of findings for the programs finance team to facilitate payment.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of incentive and supportive services invoices.
- Maintain a comprehensive log to track invoice expenses.
- Generate monthly reports for management, outlining findings and detailing disbursed expenses.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong written/verbal communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to interact effectively with various levels of staff, management, government officials, and the public
