• Base Salary: $260,000 annually for 0-2 years of experience; $275,000 annually for 2+ years of experience.

• Premium Pay: 1.5x premium pay for excess hours and weekend hours.
• Shift Differential: Additional compensation for evening and night shifts.
• Cardiac CRNA Stipend: Additional stipend available for those involved in cardiac care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality anesthesia services in various settings including the hospital’s operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center.
• Work independently across different surgical specialties while also supervising associated processes.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options available, including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts.
• No on-call responsibilities for CRNAs; evening, night, and weekend shifts are covered by in-house CRNAs to ensure work-life balance.
