Subcontract Account Manager

Position Summary

Nuleaf Lawn Care is looking for a Subcontract Account Manager to build long term relationships with and oversee/manage daily functions for our subcontract accounts. This position is responsible for working with residential and commercial customers along with prospecting and growing our B2B division.

They will be the point of contact and responsible for managing and delivering our B2B accounts with an exceptional experience. They will stay in constant contact with these customers and help with providing updates, schedule information, solutions and upsell opportunities. 

They will help build relationships and provide opportunity by mirroring and sharing some of our internal practices and communication with their clients. They will work closely with the production manager for work to be done in a timely manner. Additionally, they will route services according to our routing processes and procedures to maintain consistent results.

This individual will show attention to detail and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers. All employees will possess a friendly, customer service minded attitude and will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Objectives

This position serves as a liaison between our B2B clients, office and production personnel.

• Effectively and efficiently manage all inbound and outbound communication with our subcontractors regarding their accounts.
• Manage the routing of services for our B2B subcontract and commercial accounts.
• Work alongside the production manager to ensure our team provides thorough inspections and evaluations of the lawn and landscape and recommend solutions and reports on their time on the property.
• Comply with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Interact with subcontractors while promoting our core values and mission.
• Continue to update job knowledge and work with team members to ensure we are working according to the best management practices.
• (B2B) Selling or upselling services to existing and potential subcontractors, providing solutions and value.

  • Real Green Systems (preferred but not required)

Education and Experience

Individual must have a college degree or certificate in the lawn care/landscape (or related) field, or equivalent experience. They should excel in job knowledge and possess the understanding of internal business practices and customer service. Physical Requirements

Position may involve walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, lifting, carrying and moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Position also requires ability to sit at a desk and utilize a computer for the duration of their shift.
