We are currently searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Accounting department located in Mobile, AL.

What you’ll be doing:

• Data entry for accounts payable
• Review and analyze vendor payment history
• Routing of expenses for approval
• Work cohesively with all levels of the organization
• Provide clerical support as needed
• Complete special projects as needed and other duties as assigned

What you need to have:

• 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong organizational skills
• A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), as well as Adobe
• Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week
