Job Description:

Seeking an imaginative, organized, and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have a strong understanding of subscription-based businesses, and possess product management skills. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, driving innovation, and ensuring our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

This person will work with customers, Customer Success teams, and Sales Teams to gather feedback and develop and realize the strategic direction of the company. Typical duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

High-level Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to inform product decisions.
• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Monitor key performance metrics and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product's performance.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Act as the product evangelist, communicating the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in subscription management and cloud business applications.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably in a SAAS company, with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on products.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and recurring revenue processes.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Experience in cloud technologies, SaaS, or subscription billing solutions is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft technology and Dynamics CRM is a big plus
