Project Architect/Project Manager - Kansas City

Seeking a talented architect who is passionate about and has experience working in healthcare design. The ideal candidate will have the ability to actively participate in and lead all phases of a project, from conceptual design through technical and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Leading internal project teams
• Coordinating with external engineers/consultants
• Significant interaction with clients, consultants, and general contractors
• Project work planning to achieve required schedule milestones
• Manage projects through all phases, including: programming, schematic design, design development drawings & specifications, construction documents preparation, and construction administration

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Architecture or Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
• Licensed/Registered Architect or working towards
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
• Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
• Work effectively under the direction of directors/project managers
• Must be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Effective at leading team members at all levels and in any role
• High Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to travel for work occasionally
